Common Questions
Are your items brand new? What is the condition of the items on the website?
All items are new and sealed unless stated otherwise in the description. All items are from the USA unless stated otherwise in the title, like (UK) or (Korea) etc. If an item is used it will say used in the description. If an item says nothing in the description that would mean it is new and sealed.
For SteelBooks, all steels are new and sealed unless stated otherwise and all steels have no damage unless the damaged is stated in the items description.
Is there any damage to SteelBooks? Do SteelBooks come with any Dents?
All SteelBooks come dent free before opening, unless stated differently in the description, bubble wrapped, and shipped in a cardboard box with a free hard plastic sleeve or soft plastic sleeve (Depending on item ordered) to put your SteelBook in.
When will my order ship?
Orders ship between 1-10 business days, please remember this does not include weekends or holidays, after the order has been placed for in-stock items. I am a single person here so shipping times vary depeding on how busy we are, I am currently gone for various reasons or am sick. I am the customer service rep and shipper so every message I have to answer is one less package I ship. Some items I have to order and therefore are not in-stock and may take longer. If this is a concern for you please message me if the items you are interested in are in-stock before ordering.
If you are ordering an item that is not released yet or a pre-order, your order will not ship until after the release date. Please give a week after the release date for the item to ship as it may take time for me to receive the item. If the item is outside of the US, like UK, Hong Kong, Korea etc please give is at least 2 weeks before shipment due to the extra travel time to me.
Please look in the products description for the release date. If there is not a specific release date, it is undetermined when the item will be released. Also understand that release dates can also be pushed back by the manufacturer and so you may need to continually look back to see if the release date has changed.

Where are your items from?
All items are from the USA unless stated otherwise in the title. If a title is from another country, like the UK or Hong Kong, it will say (UK) or (Hong Kong) in the title. Same for other countries outside the USA.
Does this item come with a slip cover?
I provide guarantees for slip covers as they are very important for collector's. I understand this and try to provide this service as often as I can. You can find under the items description if a slip cover is guaranteed, the word slip cover will be in the description of the item you are choosing if a slip cover is guaranteed. If slip cover is not in the description that doesn't 100% mean a slip will not come with the item. This is more or less common with pre-orders where maybe the item is released with a slip and just not stated in the description as a slip was unknown before release. Now if the item is an older release and say the slip cover is OOP (Out of Print) then yes a slip is more than likely not attainable and you would need to buy the slip separately.
Sometimes we can only guarantee that it comes with a slip and can't guarantee the condition of the slip, but sometimes I can guarantee a slip condition and it will be listed under the description, like New - Slip Cover VG (Very Good). That means you are guaranteed a VG condition slip or better. Same for New - Slip Cover V-M where you are guaranteed a V-M (Very Good - Mint) condition slip or better.
What does V-M or VG mean?
V-M means Very Good to Mint condition and VG means Very Good condition. This is to specifiy the condition of an item, like the artwork or slip cover. Other conditions would be listed below.

- VG (Very Good) 7/8 - Corner dings or small crease
- G-VG (Good - Very Good) 5/6 - Creases or larger damage to corners
- G (Good) 3/4 - Large creases, damage to sides or corners or markings
- P-G (Poor - Good) 2 - Small rips, large creases, staining
- P (Poor) 1 - Rips or severe damage
When will this item get released? My pre-order is already released!
Please look in the products description for the release date. We do not know anything other that what is listed on the products description, if we do have have updated information we will update the items page. If it is an item with multiple items inside, like a 1-Click or Box set of a product there will be links inside the description that will have the release date. If there is not a specific release date, it is undetermined when the item will be released. Please understand that release dates can also be pushed back by the manufacturer, very common in premium steels and so you may need to continually look back to see if the release date has changed. And most premium steel companies do not update their release dates while we still do.
I would like to cancel an order?
If your order has not shipped yet, yes we can cancel the order. If you recognize this within 3 days there is a chance the charge is still pending and the below doesn't apply to you and we can cancel the order without any penalty. (Depending on if an item was ordered or not ordered and if the item is non-returnable)
There is a chance that the order is being processed to ship and then we can not cancel the order. There may be a restocking fee or pre-order non cancellation fee, for anything ordered, of $5 or up to 10% of the items cost. Also for the cancellation let me know if you would like a refund minus the payment processing fees (varies depending on if you are a US or International customer) or credit to the site at 100%?
When do I get charged for an order?
You will be charged when the order ships or within 4-7 business days of the purchase. We can not hold a charge any longer than 7 days currently.
There is a charge on my credit card, but the order didn't go through?
Even if you don't fully complete an order, a temporary charge will show up. It will go away within 1-3 business days if the order didn't go through, depending on your credit card. You can always check your account here under your orders tab to see if the order went through. If there is no order on your account, the order did not go through.
I am having an issue with a disc and it won't play. What do I do?
It's probably not the disc, it is probably your player in some fashion. Sadly these players make things so much harder to play or how to play it in some cases. There are issues where sometimes you need to change the audio to a specific audio to only play, like for example turn off TrueHD audio and only do the DD5.1. The #1 thing to try is to unplug your player for 30 full minutes. Don't just unplug it and plug it back in. There are issues with players just in general and certain distributors, I find Sony players have the least amount of issues, where it just won't play the disc. Some players pick up dust and scratches easier than others. More than likely there is something with your player and you just have to due some research (Googling) to what it exactly is. It can always be like any computer, unplug it and completely restart the system. Just make sure you do it for 30 minutes or more. I would also try other 4K/blu-ray players to test the disc on. Make sure your player is also up to date with the latest firmware.
If you believe it is an issue with the disc and want a replacement disc, you would need to contact the disc manufacturer directly. Please contact us and we will give you the information to contact the company who produced the disc for a replacement.

Pre-Order Price Guarantee
If you purchase a pre-order and the price decreases on our site before release date you will be credited the difference when it is shipped or released. This is to help make sure that if you want a movie that you will get the lowest price, so you wont be scared that a pre-order will go down later. You will also not be charged more if the price increases on a pre-order. We do not price match other stores.
Digital Codes Inside/with Movies
Digital codes are guaranteed for 1 year after the release date. After 1 year the code may be expired or the code sheet may not even be included in the packaging. If there is no digital code sheet inside a sealed item, please contact that specific company who releases the title, like Warner Bros. or Sony etc. I don't control the codes and they will be able to help you. I do not have control over when digital codes are expired or included in releases. That is up to the studio and every studio varies. Studios can deactivate codes whenever they would like or stop including code sheets inside cases. Expiration dates may be posted on the back cover of a title and/or on the code sheet inside the item.

Order Status
Has my order shipped?
Click the "Person Logo" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders status. You will automatically receive an e-mail once your order has shipped. If you ordered a digital code the code will be automatically e-mailed instantly. Please check your junk/spam folder if you don't see it or check your e-mail on your account as it may be incorrect or not the e-mail you thought as all e-mails are sent automatically.
Please check all the items products description you have ordered to make sure they have all been released. Your order doesn't ship until all products in the order have been released. Also for non-US items give it about 2 weeks after release date to ship due to them shipping to me.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
To make any changes to an order you need to contact us. Only we can change or cancel an order once it is processing. If you contact us within 3 days of the order being placed it will be easier to change than after that. International orders the best way might be to cancel the order, issue store credit and replace the order with the correct items due to shipping costs. All returns, cancellations or mistakes in purchases by a buyer the payment processing fees are not refundable. Payment processing fees are no longer refunded with a transaction as of 1/1/2020. A higher fee may be charged if it is a special order item, you will be contacted before cancelling.
How do I track my order?
Click the "Person Logo" link at the top right hand side of our site and click on the order you are looking to track. You will automatically receive an e-mail once your order has shipped.
If you are an International customer and you can't seem to find out how to track a package with your tracking number please use a universal tracking website. There are multiple. If your tracking number starts with a GP visit goglobalpost.com as that is probably the website to use.
My order never arrived...?
Click the "Person Logo" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact the shipping customer service for assistance, I don't handle the deliveries for products.
With international packages you just have to be patient. Please give it 30 days after ship date. If it has been over 30 days please contact us.
Order Shows Delivered, but it is not here?
Since it says delivered that does mean the package was delivered. Please check the tracking to show if it says it was delivered to the correct location. Please let us know if it says a different location than it was supposed to be shipped to. Also check the address you gave us on your order. To locate the package I would start by asking neighbors if they got it and look around your area. If you are in a complex it could have been delivered to the wrong apt/building. I would also talk with USPS and asking what their GPS says of exactly where it was scanned delivered. USPS is supposed to scan the package when delivering it so it should show where it was delivered. It also tells an employee how far away they are when they scan it. I have heard they don't really look that close at it though. Hopefully someone didn't steal it off your porch and more often than not this is not the case. It was delivered somewhere, just gotta figure out where.
Shipping and Returns
How much will shipping cost me?
Shipping is based off the weight, size of the items in your cart and shipping destination. Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered shipping method choices and their prices.

I ordered in-stock and pre-order items together. When will it ship?
Items that are ordered together ship together, since shipping calculations are done by weight of an order. So if you want to order items not yet released and want in-stock items to ship now please purchase them separately.
What is your return/cancelation policy?
We will help you with a return of any item wrongfully received, tell you how to replace damaged discs or damage that is significant that happened during shipping. To replace damaged discs you will need to contact the manufacturer of the disc and we will provide that information after contacting us. We personally do not supply replacement discs as we do not manufacture anything. We will pay any shipping costs (Of an item(s) personally of our fault). All returns, high risk of fraud orders, cancellations or mistakes in purchases by a buyer are not refunded the payment fees and/or a $1 processing fee as well. Paypal and credit cards no longer refund fees associated with a transaction as of 1/1/2020. A higher fee may be charged if it is a special order item, you will be notified if this is the case by e-mail and contacted before cancelling what that fee is. Some items may have a restocking fee or pre-order cancelation fee which is 10% or a minimum of $5. Shipping costs also may not be refundable if fits in these examples; examples that may not qualify for a return being covered for shipping costs, paypal fees and restocking fees are if a customer did not read the description, a customer buys an item they didn't want, customer ordered a new and sealed item and they opened the item, customer makes a mistake in an order, damage that is minor and not significant or if a customer no longer wants the item. Items must be returned in the same condition as shipped, so if an item is ordered and shipped as new and sealed an item can not be returned unsealed or opened. If an item is returned opened/used when the item was shipped new and sealed or if an item is returned damaged when the item shipped was not damaged you will be charged a 50% or higher fee depending on the damage. All items on the site are new and sealed unless stated used in the description. Items must also be returned 15 days after the date of delivery. The return starts the day the package is post marked delivered. Please inspect all SteelBooks before opening as once opened they are not returnable, just like all sealed items.
Returns on SteelBooks
All SteelBooks come dent free, unless stated differently in the description, bubble wrapped, and shipped in a cardboard box with a free hard plastic sleeve to put your SteelBook in. (Any steel that does fit the 17mm PET Sleeve will be sent a plastic sleeve) SteelBooks can be returned if unopened. The reason for not accepting returns or refunds on SteelBooks that were shipped sealed and then opened is because if you can't see any issues with the SteelBook before opening the item then I can't either. Please check the SteelBook yourself before opening. Another reason I can not accept a return on SteelBooks is I can't get a new one or return it myself if it is already opened.Also being an open item it can not be proven that is our item we sent if unsealed.
International Shipping
What is your cheapest shipping method?
You can find this out by entering in your address during the checkout process.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship to almost all countries. If you don't see your country on the list please contact me, there are a few countries we don't ship to or have limits for shipping options, like Mexico, that I have personally had horrible shipping delivery expectations. We offer several different options including First Class (USPS), DHL or UPS. Shipping is mostly calculated by the weight of the item(s). All shipping options come with tracking.
Do I have to pay any duties or taxes?
These countries do not pay duties and tax on parcels to Canada, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, the U.K., Ireland, the Netherlands, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Sweden when selecting a USPS (Non-UPS) shipping option. If you choose to ship UPS, DHL or FedEx there may still be duties and taxes on the parcel depending on the order total and country. All other countries will still have to pay duties and taxes as well, but we are customs friendly.
Do you ship to boxes, lockers or parcel lockers?
For International shipments we only ship to residential or specific personal business addresses. We do not ship to lockers, parcel lockers, PO Boxes, access points, pick-up points or any type of box or area that is not occupied.
USA Taxes
Starting January 1, 2025, the Shop channel (Shop App) will automatically collect, remit, and file taxes for all orders shipping to or within the United States. This includes:
- Orders shipped to all U.S. states that administer statewide sales tax.
- Orders shipped to Alaska, where local sales tax applies.
This applies to all U.S. states, regardless of whether we meet the thresholds for Sales Tax Nexus in your state.
For the best value and savings, we encourage you to place your orders directly on our website.
When shopping directly on our website, sales tax is only charged for orders shipping to Wisconsin, as we have a physical presence in the state and must comply with and remit Wisconsin state sales tax.
Key Things to Know about Digital Codes
- Delivery of Codes - Codes are not delivered automatically and are personally delivered by me through e-mail (within 24 hours except weekends & holidays)
- Code Country Origin - 99.9% of codes are from the USA. A code will state another country in the title if it is from different country than the USA, like (CANADA) or (UK). If you are not located in that country please do not buy this code unless you know how to redeem a code from another country with a proxy. Same with a US code, please do not buy the US codes without being from the US or knowing how to redeem the US codes beforehand.
- Movies Anywhere - Disney, Sony, Warner Bros., Universal and 20th Century Fox codes go through what is called Movie Anywhere. You only need to redeem the code once to show up in all platforms, VUDU, iTunes, Amazon and Google Play. Key is to link all your Platform accounts to your MA account and all your MA movies will show up in all 4 platforms.
- Don't Expect Direct Redemption into iTunes - If a code states (UV/iTunes/GooglePlay/Amazon) in the title assume it is a MA code. Just because a code says for iTunes, does not mean it will redeem directly into iTunes. If you want/need a code to directly redeem in iTunes contact me first.
- Platforms for the Movie - In the title of the movie, it will tell you which service it will go into your locker for. So if it says UV/iTunes/GooglePlay/Amazon it can go into all 4 of those services or if it says less than those are the only services it provides. Here are some other breakdowns.
- Codes that you enter go into the platform you enter it into. A MA eligible code once linked will go into all MA platforms and spread to all your accounts without entering a code into all the platforms. It does not mean that every code is available through every platform or in every platform in UHD. That is based on licensing on each platform.
- A key to know if the movie is available on specific platforms is to check that platform (VUDU, Flixster, iTunes, Google Play, CinemaNow, etc) and see if you can purchase the item on that specific platform. Example is the movie Office Space is sold through VUDU, but not sold on Fandango, so it will only show up in VUDU and not Fandango, but it will be in your locker. If by chance Fandango buys the rights to the movie it will show up in Fandango at that point, but not until then.
- For UHD codes it may show more than one service like UV and iTunes or UV/iTunes/GooglePlay/Amazon, but that does not mean it will show up in UHD in all platforms. I can only guarantee UV to be UHD. The others depends on how it enters your movies anywhere account. iTunes usually can also be UHD, but not always. Google Play is the same but does sometimes redeem HD in Google Play. Please contact before using a code if you need to guarantee UHD and you are not sure.
- (Pre-Order) may be in the title, what does this mean? It means the movie has not been released yet and you will get the code on the release date, which is posted on the items description page. It may say TBA which means it has yet to be announced the release date
- Digital codes are not returnable once sent/e-mailed.
- Any questions - please ask. Ask questions before buying if you need something specific. This is the #1 issue for digital customers.
