- Audio Commentary: Director/co-writer Derek Cianfrance begins with the story of hiring DP Sean Bobbitt (a former war photographer) eight weeks before the start of the production, and casually shifts into a careful dissection of the film's style, cinematography and literal near-death encounters courtesy of Bobbitt. Cianfrance digs into the actors' performances and the methods he used to capture the truest character moments, and it becomes clear that the engaging filmmaker has a knack for telling a good anecdote.
- Deleted and Extended Scenes (HD, 10 minutes): Four scenes are included, each of which were cut late in the editing process and feature additional score by Mike Patton: "80/20," "Luke Goes to Jail," "Military School" and "Jason Meets Dean at Robin's."
