James Moore I never received the ordered item. I received an email notification on July 15, 2026 that the item had shipped. However, the provided USPS tracking number keeps showing that just a label was created, but the item was never delivered to USPS itself. The local post office also confirmed the item is not listed in the USPS system. If the matter is not resolved by the end of the week I will be requesting a refund through my credit card company.
