Was hoping to receive an undamaged copy as I paid extra for it but sadly the copy sent to me had a few scuffs, scratches, and dents on the front cover and spine. Not really sure what I paid extra for as I went for the version that says ‘No Damage Before Opening’ but the damage was incredibly visible before opening. Honestly feeling only disappointment with my order as I wouldn’t have made the purchase knowing it would arrive in this condition beforehand or better yet I would have just purchased the ‘Expect Damage’ option.
Customer just left the review and never contacted us. We contacted him and he said he respected our polices and opened it and didn't think to contact us before opening the product. Not sure why or the disconnect.
