While the packaging was great for some reason that is disconcerting to me is the missing Slipcover. The seller asked me if I chose the Slipcover or the Slipcoverless option.
The slip cover was not missing. The customer selected the version without the slip cover. We didn't include the slip cover as they chose the non-slip cover option. We offer many options on our website so customers know what they are getting. In this item we offer a cheaper option without the slip and a version with the slip cover. You have to select which version you would like. So the customer selected the version without the slip cover, so we shipped exactly what the customer ordered.
